š” Step 1: Be Present
Being present means stepping out of autopilot. But itās not easy. It requires feeling emotions weād rather avoidāshame, sadness, angerāand dismantling the protection mechanisms weāve built to keep them buried.
š” Step 2: Cultivate Self-Awareness
Ask yourself: What do I truly want? Why do I behave this way? How would I rather behave? Self-awareness is the flashlight that helps you navigate the dark corners of your habits and beliefs.
š” Step 3: Radical Honesty and Responsibility
This is the hard part: owning your choices. To live intentionally, you must release conditioning, heal emotional wounds, and detox your mind of limiting beliefs. Itās about stripping away what isnāt truly you to make space for authentic, aligned decisions.

Intentionality is freedom. Itās the key to empowerment, fulfillment, and connection.
Imagine starting your day not with a to-do list, but with an intention: I will stay calm during this intense day or I will find evidence of my quantum leap (refer to last week newsletter).

Start small. Each morning, jot down your intention for the dayānot a to-do list, but a state of being. For example:
Today, I will feel calm and focused.
Today, I will look for opportunities to grow.

At night, take five minutes to think about your day and identify three wins. They can be big or smallāwhat matters is noticing what went right and was aligned with your intention.
