Week 4-6; Microdosing and Tapping đŸ§č

You’ve spent the past three weeks clearing out your mental and physical cobwebs to make room for psilocybin, and now you’re ready to start incorporating it! This will probably feel like the scariest but most exciting moment of the Diet, especially if you’ve never microdosed before. Trust yourself that you have done the research and put in the work to be successful.

You will ideally start your regimen on a day you don’t have to work or do anything important. It’s highly unlikely that anything will come up, as the dose is at a sub-perception level, but it’s helpful to have the peace of mind knowing that you don’t have to have a highly productive day while also trying something (potentially) brand new.

Start your regimen with 100mg of psilocybin in the morning on an empty stomach. I recommend that people use either a cap or chocolate edible, just to make measurement as easy as possible. For the next three weeks we will take a dose only every three days. As an example, you would take 100mg on Saturday morning, then on Tuesday morning, then on Friday morning. You should not feel a high due to the tiny amount you are taking, but it’s best to avoid any activities requiring driving or operating heavy machinery until you’re certain you know how it will affect you.😁

As you ingest your psilocybin, open your journal on the first page and connect with your intention. Feel your excitement about embarking on this transformation. Again you are using the power of your unconscious to maximize the results (and minimize the efforts).

For these next three weeks, we will stick with the same regimen as in Week 4: 100mg of psilocybin every three mornings. Each time you take it, go back to your intention. Connect to your “why.”

Start by tapping every day (several times if you can), following along videos such as Calm Anxiety & Stress in 3 Minutes, Calm the (bleep) Down!, Releasing Stress and Tension in Your Body Now, and Calm Anxiety and Panic. The videos are less than 10min, you deserve it, don’t you?!

The objective of these 3 weeks is to calm your nervous system down; psilocybin will help greatly, as well as tapping. We need to make space for better, bigger things and for that to happen you need to be able to handle more. Think about it – if you want bigger opportunities in your life, such as growing your business, getting a promotion or a raise, growing your audience on social media, you will face multiple obstacles ; difficult discussions with your boss or employees, rejections from investors or clients, criticism  from trolls and haters, hence you will need to up your game. And if your nervous system is overloaded (which is the case for most of us from the get go) it will not deal well with the added tensions coming from the difficult discussions and challenges that will inevitably come up. So you end up being stuck and depressed because you want more from your life but can’t seem to get it. Even if this more from life might mean enjoying life as it is now, with no desire for more growth. Bottom line, you need to calm down regardless of your goals and situation. 😁
