One of the questions I get the most regarding microdosing psilocybin is: “Will I get high?” I totally understand the concern; I had the exact same when I started microdosing. The Microdose Day 8am, Ingestion of Daily Microdose
My usual regimen is actually 100mg of Golden Teacher mushrooms from Monday to Friday. For the purpose of the videos I cranked it up to 150mg, so you can really appreciate the non-hallucinogenic effects of microdosing psilocybin. 😀
I take my microdose on an empty stomach as an edible (chocolate). You might prefer taking it as a cap. I might or might not have breakfast, depending on how hungry I am (nothing to do with the microdosing!).
As always, I set my intention for the day and what I want the benefits of taking psilocybin to be. At this point, my intention has been to reclaim my power.

The Microdose Day 8:45am, First Check
In the 45min, since I took my microdose, I wrote emails, reviewed my to-do list, had breakfast and played with my cats (and visibly put on a sweater while my hair hair-dried 😉).
I felt great and relaxed, even knowing that I had a very busy day ahead, which pre-microdosing would have sent me into full anxiety-land.
As you can judge on the video, I am absolutely NOT high. Quite the opposite actually!

The Microdose Day 10am, First Successful Meeting Under the Belt
Between posting the previous video at 8:45am and my 9am call, I squeezed a short tapping meditation focused on reclaiming my power. The combination of microdosing with modalities such as tapping really turbocharge the results. Not only do I access stuck limiting beliefs and emotions way easier, but I am also able to release them much deeper and faster too. Then I can better reprogram a more beneficial mindset, aka passion, success and happiness! Or in this instance, reclaiming my power.
The increased focus, creativity, but also open-mindedness that microdosing psilocybin bring is helping me in everything I do. And the reduction in stress, anxiety, and depression are highly appreciated too!
I had a 1 hour business meeting from 9 to 10am, (through zoom, what else?), with US-based entrepreneurs. The discussion was highly valuable. In 60 min, we reviewed their business model and strategy, narrowed down their target market, defined their next steps and called it a day. They were highly pleased and I was highly energized, firing on all cylinders.
And no pink elephants to report. 😀

The interview at 1pm was great; we were in the flow and you will be able to judge the result by yourself next week!
It has been 6 hours since I took my daily dose of psilocybin (150mg). As you can see it was a very productive, happy and relaxed day without any pink elephants flying from the sky 😆
