✔️ Placing your hands on your face and taking deep breaths
✔️ Lightly tapping on your collarbone

4. Journaling: Rewriting Your Inner Story

We all have deeply ingrained beliefs from childhood that shape how we see ourselves.

For example:
🚗 Your mother was five minutes late picking you up.
🧠 Your brain decided: She doesn’t love me. I don’t matter.
📖 That belief carried into adulthood, shaping your relationships and self-image.

Here’s a simple journaling exercise coming from The Work of Byron Katie to shift limiting beliefs:

✔️ Is this belief true?
✔️ Is it 100% true? (Hint: Almost nothing is 100% true!)
✔️ How does this belief make me feel?
✔️ How would I act if I didn’t have this belief?

Step 2: Tap on These Points While Repeating the Script

1️⃣ Eyebrow: Releasing and letting go of stress, anxiety, and self-doubt.

4️⃣ Collarbone: I am safe. I am capable. I am in control.
