Brain Power Microdose guide: 

  • Preparation: Clear your body and your space as much as you can in the days and weeks prior to microdosing. The cleaner your body, mind and environment the more room for the magic to unfold!

  • Intention: Think about what you would like to see transform in your life with the help of microdosing. Is it more calm, more success, more passion, more happiness? Connect to your intention as you microdose.

  • Regimen: I recommend taking 1 cap every 3 days in the morning for 3 weeks. Then for the next 3 weeks take 1 cap every other day. If you want more oomph, for the next 3 weeks, take 1 cap from Monday to Friday. Take a 3 week break. Rinse and repeat as you see fit! Listen to yourself.

  • Integration: If you want to maximize the results of microdosing I recommend combining it with additional practices, such as journaling, tapping meditation and guided visualization.
